From Caprioli agency (downtown Campinas ) to Royal Palm Plaza Hotel, venue of the event, it takes, by taxi, 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the traffic conditions.
From Caprioli agency (downtown Campinas ) to the other hotels it takes, by taxi, 05 to 15 minutes, depending on the traffic conditions.
In front of Caprioli agency ( Campinas downtown), there is an official taxi service. The cars are excellent, including vans and the costs vary from R$ 10.00 to R$20.00 (US$ 5 to US$ 10) , depending on the hotel you will stay.
For your information: if the bus time does not suit your plans, you can take a taxi from São Paulo airports to Campinas , which costs are around R$ 300.00. From Viracopos, Campinas airport, to downtown Campinas it costs around R$ 100.00.

The only other vaccination requirement applies to children aged from three months through six years who will have to present a vaccination certificate proving they have been immunized against polio.
